Booking, deposit, and payment
- Book online at www.littleherojumpers.com or request a quote.
- Deposit: the standard deposit is 25% of the order total. Orders from $200 to $299.99 pay a flat $50 deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except for the weather reschedule credit described under Weather.
- Balance: the remaining balance is due before setup.
Delivery fees and service area
We deliver to San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address. Please submit a quote or contact us to make sure we service your area.Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable. The one exception is a weather cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice (see Weather).
- Cancellations and reschedules need at least one week’s notice before your event start. With less than one week’s notice, the entire deposit is forfeited.
- Canceling after setup has begun forfeits any refund.
Weather
- Rain: you can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your event start.
- Weather cancellations: if weather forces you to cancel and you tell us at least 48 hours before your event start, your deposit becomes a reschedule credit good for 12 months. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Wind and lightning: for safety, inflatables can’t be used in high winds or when lightning is nearby.
Setup and pickup
We’ll confirm your delivery and pickup window before your event.Setup area, surfaces, and power
- Surfaces: our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please tell us the surface when you book. On grass we anchor with long steel stakes. On other surfaces or indoors we use sandbags.
- Power: you’ll need an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. No outlet nearby? Add a generator rental.
- Cleaning: all units are cleaned and sanitized before each use.
Safety and supervision
- Follow the posted limits for each unit.
- Never use water with an inflatable that isn’t designed for water.
